How can I report an issue at my fitness studio?

How can I update my bank details?
You can manage this yourself in our app, or send an email to info@fitingemert.nl
How can I cancel my contract?
Send an email to info@fitingemert.nl or do this via your account in the Sportivity app.
Questions about Membership
What membership options are available?
There are several options. You can find them by clicking “Register” on the home page.
How often can I train with my membership?
You can train as often as you like; there are no limits..
What should I do if I want to terminate my membership early?
As a Fit-in Helvoirt member, you can have missed training time credited in case of illness or other special circumstances. Send an email to info@fitingemert.nl with a clear explanation of your request.
Based on that, it will be assessed whether the request is valid.
If you want to end your contract early, you can register a new member. As part of this goodwill action, your contract will be terminated, but the new member must indicate before registration that your contract is thereby ended.

Questions about Accounting, Debtor Positions, and Payment Reminders
If you receive a payment reminder or letter from a collection agency and have questions, you must contact the sender as indicated in the letter, as only they can provide information.
Are there trainers?
We are essentially an unmanned gym. However, we do work with a Personal Trainer who can be booked on request for instruction or other services such as Personal Training.
Are the trainers qualified?
Yes, only qualified fitness trainers work at Fit-in.
How do I access my studio?
Open the Sportivity app, open the scanner, and scan the QR code on the door of the club.
The system will verify if your membership is valid, and if so, the door will open automatically.
Are the lockers lockable?
You must bring your own padlock to secure your personal belongings. This allows you to lock the locker during your workout.
Are changing rooms available?
Yes, changing rooms are available in the studio.
Are showers available?
There are no showers available at our location.
